About Us
Decades of know-how in cast iron
Venkatesh Industries is a well-established enterprise, founded in 1999 by professionals with more than 15 years of prior experience in high quality castings. We manufacture graded SG Iron castings, Cast Iron castings and Alloy castings using coreless induction furnaces as melting units — supplying castings and fully finished components to leading companies for over 27 years.
Our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing unit is thoughtfully planned for efficiency, cutting costs in energy and maintenance. Located in Belgaum, Karnataka — 500 km south of Mumbai and 150 km north-east of Goa — the plant is easily accessible by road, rail and air.

Pattern & core box checks
Every pattern and core box is verified before production begins, and cores are checked again before placing in the mould.

100% melt analysis with CE meter
Before pouring, a carbon–silicon analyzer checks carbon %, silicon %, and carbon equivalent from the molten metal — online, for every heat.

Temperature control
Pouring temperature is verified with a portable pyrometer, and all checks are made by an independent operator.

Certified materials & machining
Good quality raw materials backed by relevant certificates, with in-house machining as a further safeguard against casting defects.
